This land is located south of the U.S. Highway 77 / KS Highway 57 Intersection just 1-mile northwest of Junction City, Kansas. All Seller owned Mineral & Water Rights will be conveyed to the Buyer at closing. The land will be offered at auction both in separate tracts and as a whole. If necessary, a survey will be performed prior to closing with the Seller paying 50% and the Buyer(s) splitting the cost of the other 50%.
